SHIPPING POLICY

We offer nationwide and international shipping. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and estimated delivery times are:

- Malaysia: 3-5 business days

- International: 7-14 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchases! If you're not satisfied, you may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving them. To request a return, email regen.beautyskin@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we only replace products if they arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product at regen.beautyskin@gmail.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans change! You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please email regen.beautyskin@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
If your order have been shipped, you may initiate a return once you received the package (return shipping fees apply).
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
